
After falling in love with a French man life took an unexpected turn and led me from Denmark to Normandy where I now live with my husband and my two small kids in a small house in the countryside.
I now write, cook and work from my stonefloored kitchen, finding my inspiration from the greens and the greys this beautiful corner of the world.
I develop receipes, organise foodtours and host private dinners. I am especially proud to be working with Chateau Gue aux Biches cooking for events and guests.
